Delivery to UK mainland on all items in stock is £5.90 for orders under £10, £3.50 for orders between £10 and £79. Orders over £80 are free.
Delivery to the following postcodes is a two or more days service: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-13, PA20-33, PA34-49, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly: £22 and usually 2 working days.
Northern Island: £15 and usually 2 working days.
Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Occasionally some items may be out of stock with our supplier and we will advise as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us to rectify the problem. We will of course adhere to your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, your item can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and a full refund will be given (minus delivery costs). Please note that the item must be in original and undamaged packaging and the the item in it's original condition. Cost of returns is fulfilled by the consumer.
Faulty, missing or incorrect goods return
If goods delivered are faulty, missing or incorrect, you must let us know as soon as possible and within seven days from the date of delivery.
If you notify us of a problem with your goods, we will either make good any shortage; replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective; or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We may require photo evidence of damaged goods so we can claim on our courier.
We require the goods to be returned to us and we will refund or replace the item once it has been received by us.
We appreciate that these problems do happen and we will deal with issues as quickly as we can and all delivery charges will be refunded.
